Toast it and spread it with cream cheese and marmalade.
But don't be afraid to use it for sandwiches...or as the bread with a bowl
of soup or fish stew.

Toasted Sesame Challah - W
This is the more savory challah.
Toasted sesame oil adds its rich flavor, making this a perfect bread
to soak up the gravy of a stew or brisket. Have it toasted
in the morning with your eggs and bacon. Or make a pastrami sandwich for lunch. The sesame challah will hold all the mayo or mustard
you can slather on.
Citron Brioche - W
Citron Brioche is a sweeter loaf,
developed for Somerset Ridge Vineyard and Winery
and flavored with their wonderful Citron aperitif.
The one pound braided loaf is filled with golden raisins,
currents and tart cherries plumped with citron,
plus candied ginger and spices.
Cocktail Brioche - W
The cocktail brioche is our traditional brioche
in a small loaf size. It's mostly organic and purely delicious.
Rich with egg and butter, it makes great demi-grilled cheese
sandwiches for a smaller lunch with salad or soup.
Slice thin and make hors d'oeuvres for a party.
Slice thicker to make a platter of French toast.
