Our Brioche
We make our with the love and care it deserves. It is, after all, the queen of breads - rich with egg and organic butter, held together with organic, sweet-smelling winter wheat - the world's best bread flour from the Great Plains. Aged with an overnight rise then shaped into loaves, risen and baked carefully to a golden brown. One bite will let you know, our brioche is worth all the effort we put into it.
