These are so lovely - inviting. A thin layer of chocolate cake topped with caramel and pecans. They are as delicious as they look. The cake is baked in the pan and allowed to cool. The caramel gets a shot of rum and romantic Mexican vanilla before the locally grown, toasted pecans are added, and it all goes into the oven to be baked. They come ten to a box. Keep refrigerated after delivery. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature. (not shipped during the heat of summer) "I'm going to have to hide them better."
